Becky Kowall, Founder and CHRO

Becky Kowall is an accomplished HR executive, Certified Executive Coach, and mentor with over two decades of experience driving organizational growth through people-centric leadership. As a Chief People Officer, 4x VP of HR, and now Founder of 22 North HR, Becky has partnered with private equity-backed technology firms, high-growth companies, and organizations across industries including SaaS, manufacturing, non-profit, and government.

Her experience spans global and nationwide operations, where she has successfully scaled businesses, optimized HR functions, and built high-performing, engaged cultures. With a passion for leadership development, she specializes in empowering leaders and teams through targeted coaching, mentoring, and impactful talent programs.

With expertise in M&A talent integration, organizational scalability, and aligning HR strategies with business goals, she serve as a trusted advisor to executives, helping organizations achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.
